Houston Steel Drums is a site dedicated to showcasing both professional and educational groups that feature steel pans. Our goal is to connect you with the resources you need to experience steel pan in our region of Texas. Whether it's booking a professional band, attending a concert featuring a college steel band, or just a place to ask questions, we hope you'll find this site helpful!
We currently have two groups that are actively performing throughout the Greater Houston Area. Tropic Envoy is a small group (trio, quartet, or quintet) that performs when you need a small group for background ambiance, a light tropical sound, or dance music.
